GO SWIFT LLC – Terms of Use

Welcome to GO SWIFT LLC (“GO SWIFT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our scooters, mobile app, or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

- Be 18 years of age or older

- Have a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID

- Agree to comply with all local laws, traffic rules, and safety guidelines

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use GO SWIFT services. When registering:

- Provide accurate and complete information

- Maintain the security of your login credentials

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

GO SWIFT only uses your information to register and provide access to our services. We do **not** share or use your information for marketing or analytics.

3. Use of Services

By using a GO SWIFT scooter, you agree to:

- Operate the scooter safely and responsibly

- Wear a helmeT (recommended)

- Follow traffic laws and ride only in permitted areas

- Not carry passengers, use phones while riding, or operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol

You must return the scooter in the condition it was provided. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.

4. Fees and Charges

Usage fees are clearly displayed in the app before each ride. You authorize GO SWIFT to charge your payment method for:

- Ride time

- Any penalties, fines, or repair costs due to misuse

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Tamper with, hack, or attempt to modify any scooter

- Let others use your account

- Use the scooter for racing, stunts, or illegal purposes

Violating these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Account Termination & Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing:

We will promptly delete your account and personal data, except as required to comply with legal obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

GO SWIFT LLC is **not liable** for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our scooters or services. You agree to ride at your own risk and release GO SWIFT from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of our services after such changes means you accept the new Terms.
